Return Eligibility
Return Period:
You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we regret that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
Condition of Items:
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and labels. Any item that is returned with signs of use, damage, or missing components may be subject to a partial refund or be deemed ineligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain products are non-returnable. These include:
- Sale Items: Products sold as part of a promotion or sale.
- Personalized Items: Any product that has been customized or made to order.
- Hygiene-Related Products: Items such as wigs, undergarments, or other products that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.

Return Process
Contact Us First:
Before returning any items, please contact us at contact@anime-cosplay.shop to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender.
Return Authorization:
Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return the item, including the return address and any necessary documentation. Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., an incorrect or defective item was sent). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds
Processing Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Items returned with obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Returns are initiated beyond the 30-day return period but within a reasonable timeframe.
Non-Refundable Items:
Items that fall under the non-returnable category, as mentioned above, are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
Exchange Process:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at contact@anime-cosplay.shop. Exchanges are subject to availability and must meet the same conditions as returns. If the item is not available for exchange, we will process it as a return and issue a refund or store credit.
Damaged or Defective Items
Reporting Issues:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@anime-cosplay.shop with details of the product and the defect. Include photos if possible. We will provide instructions for returning the item, and upon verification, we will either replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund. We will also cover the return shipping cost for defective items.
