4. What are the shipping times for my order?
Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected:
- USA: Typically 5-15 business days.
- Other Countries: Generally 15-20 business days.
Please note that during peak seasons or holidays, shipping may be delayed by an additional 5-7 business days. For expedited shipping options, the delivery time is shorter, and you will receive updates in real-time.
5. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. For free standard shipping, tracking codes may be updated late due to occasional inaccuracies. However, for all other shipping options, tracking codes are sent automatically and updated in real-time.
6. What is your return and refund policy?
We offer a 30-day return period for most items, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our support team for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. 7. Can I exchange an item if it doesn’t fit?
